after contract customer requests and before non-contract customer requests.
Response time can vary.
What does it cost?
- $100 per hour - 4 hour block minimum purchase
- Buy as many hours up front as you think you will need
- Remote Support included at $50 per hour

- Stand-alone PC's
- Network Workstations
- Network servers
- LAN (local area networks)

- Website issues
- Scheduled after Contract calls are complete and before Non-Contract calls.
