Repair services are provided on an onsite or remote basis. Whether you are a contract customer or not, you can count on fast, reliable repair services.

Immediate repairs are available via remote support - where our technician logs in to your machine securely over the internet. They can then straighten out any software or operating system problems while you watch.

We service PC's, Workstations, Servers, LAN Issues, Internet Issues
1 hour minimum for any service
Thereafter, work billed in 1/2-hour increments
Free technical support available for Maintenance Contract customers

Scheduled First	Contract
Scheduled Second	Block of Time
Scheduled Last	Non-Contract

Rates and Contracts

Non-Contract service rate = $150 per hour - Networks or Stand-Alone PC's.
Block of Time = $100 per hour - 4 hour minimum purchase.
Maintenance Contract service rate = $100 per hour + parts at 10% over cost
Remote Support service rate = $65.00 per hour, 1 hour minimum
